CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received on or before September 20, 2005 and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after September 20, 2005. Substitutions are permitted.

TAX DEDUCTIBLE FEE
The IRS allows an income tax deduction for educational expenses, including registration fees and travel costs to educational courses taken to maintain or improve your skills as required in your employment or business.

AIA/CES CREDIT
Real Estate Media is a registered provider with the AIA Continuing Education System (AIA/CES Provider # H364) This program is registered for 7.5 AIA Learning Unit Hours.

CPE CREDIT
This program follows the CE guidelines specified in the California Board of Accountancy Regulations.  Nine hours of CPE credit is available.

DRE CREDIT
This program is approved for nine hours of credit through the California Department of Real Estate and can be applied as credit for Consumer Protection.  DRE sponsor number 4296.  For credit you must be present 90% of the time.

MCLE CREDIT
Real Estate Media is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider. The program provides 7.5 hours of MCLE credit.

OREA CREDIT
This program is approved for eight hours of credit through the State of California Office of Real Estate Appraisers.
